Even through that the April is coming soon, but the weather still seems quite cold, with strong wind and rains which push me to plus another coat. And today I noticed that one of my clients cancel his service since he thought our services may be a little costly even through that he love our design work very much. Elaine told me that I need not to worry about that if we realize that our effort definitely worth the payback, and sometimes, we do have to face with different individuals and we need to react properly according to different situations. For me, I start to recognize that communication with clients stand as the priority for our daily job, and I’ll try my best effort to let my clients become satisfied with me—thus our best BPOVIA team!
Tired
Today I feel tired. I start to realize that sometimes it is difficult to handle a task which looks easy and simple at the first glance. Clients may have various unexpected requests, and it’s my responsibility to fulfill all their requires. Fighting! Tomorrow is another day.
My Big Day In BPOVIA!
Today is my big day in BPOVIA! I start to contact with clients myself! In the past one month, my job is restricted to accept tasks from other visual assistants. However from now on, I could take the chance to interact with real clients and take full responsibilities. Our boss, James encourages me to face with difficulties and teaches me that we should always put clients on the first consideration. Here, I make my mind to work diligently with every tiny task along with greater efficiency. After all, it is daily small acts that really counts.
Pray for People in Japan Earthquake and Tsunami
March 11, 2011, we are yet again, reminded of the sudden destructive potential of our mother earth. The northeast Japan, was attacted a 9.0 magnitude earthquake and which aroused a ten-meter-high tsunami. Till now, the Japanese government confirmed that more than 1,000 people have lost their lives in this unprecedented disaster, and the number has every possibility to increase gradually at a fast pace. Tonight, I have spent more than two hours, sitting in front of the television and watching the rolling report from CCTV. I've seen that a wall of water swiftly sweeping accross all the gulfs, then streets, farms, and finally covered everything. I've seen southsands of people lost connection with parents, children and close relatives and friends. It likes a movie, relly , I can't imagine that actually happens only 2300 kilometers away! Is that the god revenging us for our humans keep destroying the natual environment?
What can I do? Pray. Pray for those people who are struggling, pray for one more individual could be saved, pray for a day that every pain could be released, and every soul could find a peaceful harbor eventually.
Design A Greenhouse Temperature Control System
Today I go back to school and discuss my graduate design project with my advissor. The result seems really challenging to me. Since my topic is a simple greenhouse temperature control system, at first my advisor only require me to accomplish the function of temperature detection and LCD display, but finally we confirm I'd better achieve an additional function — transfer data with wireless instrument. That's really a difficult task for me. Luckily, I'd love to face with those challenges which will become my precious possession eventually.
BPOVIA Joins Facebook
Today, one big thing I do is to register for one of the word's largest communities—Facebook, which help connect more than 7,000,000,000 individuals together. It's really amazing! After filling my personal files and various favorite boos, movies, games and sports, I cannot help starting to search my friends, typically who have been studied abroad long before. Surprisingly, I can only find a quite small number of friends who were classmates in primary school, middle school and high school. But I discover a lot of members within the BPOVIA family—Eric, Stella, Ethan, Leah. Through they are sitting couples of steps away from me, Facebook seems to show their "another side" which is opposite of work style. Thanks to these Internet communities, offering us great joy and surprise.

Keep Challenging Myself at BPOVIA
This day I begin the third week at BPOVIA, everything seems much more familiar to me. Meanwhile, my job turns into a higher step—from the routine data entry, article writing all the way up to call service tasks, which challenge my actual oral ability. Even though I have speak via telephone with foreigners before, but those are all normal chats thus have nothing to do with business staff. Therefore, I have reason yo be a bit nervous. However, I insist that challenges offer me promotion. I'll soon make the cut.
BPOVIA’S “Smile Wall”
I have been a member of BPOVIA for more than a week now. Surprisingly I have not found our “Smile Wall” until today. When I take a close look at the wall, which are composed all by our smiling pictures, suddenly make me feel happy and warm. Among these days, I’ve learned a lot from my lovely colleagues and so impressed by their smartness, passion and the most important, diligence. On our office hour, they usually seems pretty professional, typing fast on their keyboard with a rather serious facial expression. I nearly forget we are all young guys! We love our work and we love to smile.
